Jandek ‎– "Indianapolis Saturday" (Corwood Industries ‎– Corwood 0807) 2012

This is nothing like most of the Jandek back catalogue; but,If Bill Laswell made this, every muso-bore this side of SoHo would be lauding it as an achievement tantamount to genius. No too far removed from something from the darker corners of the "Complete On the Corner sessions". Joyous free improvisation from Jandek and muso hangers on, producing fine outsider avant-jazz-rock, fronted by a near 70 year old co-ed Jack Kerouac from unfashionable Houston. Outsider Wave anyone?

Thanks! Can't believe this one isn't more popular. "The Chance" is brilliant.

I suppose this isn't one for Jandek fans in general. It sounds too good to be the Corwood Representative.
