Phuture – "We Are Phuture" - (Trax Records – TX165) 1988

Well, these Acid House pioneers didn't get where they are today through sleeve art alone,or lack of there in, but, for a brief moment they were certainly the Phuture of the Future and their questionable legacy seems to live beyond eternity.Out-living the clubs which are closing down at variable and increasing rates.
Surveys show that persons over 65 were far more likely to go out partying than Gen Z, who stay indoors, with a handful of chums a PS4 and a board game. They are deaf to music, blind to booze and drugs and sex, and think that being an AI'ed Hollywood star is an attainable dream, where no work is actually required to get there.
We parent types have fucked up another generation of entitled kids.I should know, my only daughter, whom i love exclusively (aka Child)has come out as Non-Binary,wants their breasts removed, and sport a small mustache like Female Trouble director John Waters, who frequently described his style as "Child Killer Chic" ,and they seems to blame oneself and my ex-partner for their (Her) plight including the millennial's favourite waste of time, the obligatory anxiety and depression.
Is this Generation Z's Sex Pistols?
This was the Phuture ,however Dystopian, but it's out there, NOW.Waiting to fuck you up.
Basically We ARE all Fucked!
My 'good' advice to Gen Zed, is embrace the drugs, cigarettes and alcohol before its already too late, and have some illicit fun for once in your sad and dismal existences FFS!

  1. When in France, take up cycling. Ploughing up the Tourmalet, or the Mont Ventoux will change your breast size and might stop a girl menstruating. Whether it is healthy is another question. We, the elderly, smoked our lungs into tarred roads, so who are we to preach healthiness to the youth. Maybe, one day, a choice might be made, and as a french female winning the Tour de Femme, look at PFP breast size.

  2. Great! Trax Records was notorious for ripping off its artists, so please post as music of their music as possible.
